By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a third-party account, activating an automation, or otherwise using our Services, you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Services” means the software, platform, APIs, dashboards, automation systems, chatbot functionality, AI functionality, integrations, messaging tools, hosting, and related services provided by Autogine AI.
“User” or “Customer” means any individual, company, organization, agency, reseller, or other entity using the Services.
“Account” means the account created by a User to access the Services.
“User Content” means any text, images, videos, documents, links, messages, prompts, chatbot flows, automation rules, customer data, or other material submitted, uploaded, generated, configured, or transmitted by the User through the Services.
“Third-Party Services” means services, platforms, APIs, applications, networks, or providers operated by third parties, including but not limited to Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting providers, AI providers, telecommunications providers, and other external platforms.
Autogine AI is a technology and software service provider.
We provide technology that allows customers to create and manage automated communication, chatbot, AI, messaging, customer-support, marketing, and business workflows.
Our Services may include:
Autogine AI does not operate the underlying business of its customers.
We provide the technology through which customers may independently conduct their own activities.
The User acknowledges that Autogine AI is not a partner, agent, representative, broker, financial intermediary, merchant, seller, investment provider, or participant in the User’s underlying business, unless expressly agreed in writing.
The User independently determines:
Use of Autogine AI does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, franchise, or representative relationship between Autogine AI and the User.
The User is solely responsible for their use of the Services and for all activity conducted through their Account.

Autogine AI does not assume responsibility for the User’s independent business activities merely because those activities are conducted using our technology.
The User expressly acknowledges that Autogine AI provides technology as a tool and does not control the User’s underlying business.
If a User uses the Services to commit or facilitate:

Autogine AI does not endorse, authorize, guarantee, or participate in such activities.
The fact that an unlawful or fraudulent person used Autogine AI does not, by itself, establish that Autogine AI approved, sponsored, participated in, or was responsible for that person’s conduct.
You may not use the Services to:
Conduct, promote, facilitate, or automate fraudulent activities, scams, deceptive schemes, or misleading representations.
Impersonate another person, company, financial institution, government authority, brand, or organization.
Collect passwords, authentication codes, financial information, or other sensitive information through deceptive means.
Use the Services for money laundering, fraudulent investment schemes, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or other unlawful financial activities.
Send unsolicited, excessive, or unauthorized messages or communications.
Distribute malware, malicious code, harmful software, or links intended to compromise another person’s device, account, or system.
Promote, sell, distribute, or facilitate unlawful goods or services.
Attempt to access systems, accounts, APIs, databases, or information without authorization.
Attempt to bypass or circumvent restrictions imposed by WhatsApp, Meta, payment providers, telecommunications providers, AI providers, hosting providers, or other third-party services.
Use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

The User represents that they have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and lawful bases required to use and distribute such content.
Autogine AI does not guarantee that User Content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, or appropriate.
Some Services may use artificial intelligence.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, omissions, inappropriate responses, or unintended information.
The User is responsible for reviewing and appropriately configuring AI-generated responses before relying on them for business purposes.
Autogine AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content:
The User remains responsible for automated communications generated through their Account.
Autogine AI may integrate with WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party platforms.
The User understands that third-party platforms operate independently from Autogine AI.
The User is responsible for complying with all applicable third-party terms, policies, requirements, restrictions, and guidelines.
Autogine AI does not guarantee:
A third-party provider may suspend, restrict, limit, review, or terminate an account independently of Autogine AI.
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an Account. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity conducted through your Account may be attributed to you unless you can demonstrate unauthorized access.
You must take reasonable measures to protect:
You must immediately notify Autogine AI if you believe that your Account or credentials have been compromised.
Autogine AI is not responsible for losses resulting from the User’s failure to maintain adequate account security.
Certain Services require payment of subscription or other applicable fees.

This license does not transfer ownership of User Content to Autogine AI.

The User is responsible for ensuring that their collection and use of personal information through our Services complies with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

Although we may implement security, abuse-prevention, monitoring, and account-protection measures, we do not guarantee that the Services will prevent fraudulent or abusive activity by Users or third parties.
A User may misuse technology despite reasonable safeguards.
The User remains responsible for their own business, communications, customers, and activities.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This may include laws concerning:

If a third party contacts Autogine AI regarding activity conducted through a User Account, we may direct the complainant to the User responsible for the underlying activity where appropriate.

Nothing in this section prevents Autogine AI from responding to lawful requests or taking appropriate action regarding abuse or suspected violations.
Autogine AI may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
Subject to any mandatory rights available to a party under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.
